shipping policy
all orders are shipped from the uk. all orders are packed carefully and sent using the royal mail <3
i can no longer send international mail with a stamp due to royal mail updates, so they will all be sent as small tracked parcels
unfortunately i cannot offer EU shipping! i used to have it set up via etsy but so many parcels went missing, which hasn't happened in any other regions ;___; very sorry friends!
tracking
- all orders will be sent tracked using royal mail
- all apparel is tracked and sent separately to other items (more info below)
shipping times
- i will post twice a week (and sometimes more if possible :)) so processing times vary from 1-5 business days
- uk: usually 3-7 business days from shipment
- international: usually 1-5 weeks depending on location and customs from shipment
- apparel takes longer varying between 3-14 business days - but shipment will likely be quicker!
apparel
clothing and hats are made to order and shipped directly by my production partner. these items ship free worldwide and arrive separately from prints or stickers, in blank packaging (sorry that the packaging won't be as adorable as what's inside of it!!)

customs & duties
while i will try everything in my power to collect these at face value during your purchase - international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. these are set by the destination country. please do reach out if you incur any charges so i can investigate why!
packaging
- stickers: shipped in small envelopes
- prints: shipped flat in sturdy envelopes with backing board
- apparel: shipped directly from my production partner in secure packaging
