refunds & returns

all sales are final - i don’t offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. however, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, i’ll happily replace it for you ♡

for apparel: items are made to order and shipped separately by my fulfilment partner. because of this, returns or size exchanges can’t be accepted. but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it and i’ll make it right!
